Billing Terms
Wholesale orders can receive billing terms, subject to review. An initial paid order may be required to establish credit.
Billing terms are not available for direct retail orders.
Returns Policy
Direct retail orders to consumers are non-returnable.
Most wholesale orders are fully returnable within 90 days if the books are in saleable condition. Shipping is the responsibility of the returning party. Any out of print or discontinued title is not eligible for return. Credit for returns will be issued at the original purchase price.
Defective merchandise, or damage as a result of shipping, should be returned for replacement or credit within 15 days of receipt. A packing slip detailing the specifics of the defect/damage must be enclosed with each return shipment. Defective merchandise will be credited at the original purchase price. Transit damages must be noted to the carrier upon delivery as well as notifying our fulfillment center promptly. Merchandise must be submitted to the carrier for inspection.
Errors in shipping must be reported to our fulfillment center within 15 days of the invoice date (fulfillment@winepresspublishing.com or 1-877-421-7323). Titles returned that are not WinePress Publishing products or in distribution will not be credited and will be discarded. Non shrink-wrapped merchandise must be free of dealer’s markings, labels, or residue from labels. Merchandise must be packed securely to avoid damages in shipping. Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged in transit. All returns should be shipped prepaid via a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, DHL or Freight) to:

If these terms are not followed no credit will be issued and any returned books will be discarded.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to initial processing but may not be cancelled after fulfillment/shipping.
Claims
All claims for shortages and damaged books must be made within 15 days after books and invoices are received.
Late Payment
Late payments will incur additional service fees.
